Ebony Sharonda Satterwhite was born July 17, 1983, in Granville County to the parentage of Sharon Satterwhite and the late Leonard Downey Jr.  She entered into eternal life on November 11, 2024, at Granville Heath Systems.

She is survived by her husband Antionio Cross: three sons, Saliet Edmonds, Jo'el Cross and Amir Cross; one daughter, Summer Evans; two sisters, Shaykeitha Spruill and Tamara Webb, four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
