Lucille Williams Marrow was born on May 31, 1927 in Granville County to the parentage of the late Nora Pashall and Willis Clarence Williams. She entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 6, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.
She received her education in the Granville County School System, graduating from Mary Potter Shaw. She was employed at Russell Stover's Candy Plant in Clarksville, Virginia for many years until she retired.
Anyone that knew Lucille knew that she had a kindred spirit. She danced until her last days. She lived a long and prosperous life seeing four generations of life.
She was joined in holy matrimony to the late Charles Edward Marrow, Sr. and from this union two sons were born. She later joined Michael Creek Baptist Church to worship with her husband.
She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Charles E. Marrow, Jr. (Lela) of Meriden, Connecticut and Earl Marrow, Sr. (Deborah) of the home; four grandsons, Timothy, Patrick (Erica), Earl Jr., and Antonio all of Oxford, North Carolina; a granddaughter, Jamie (Antoine) of Durham, North Carolina; eighteen great grandchildren, twenty-four great great grandchildren and a vast number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
