Obituary

Minister Thomas Earl Green, of 2068 Enon Road, passed on October 20 at Granville Medical Center. He was born June 14,1936 in Granville County to the late Juanita Green.

Minister Green to many, but to most he was "Uncle Tom" a very loving and caring soul. He worked his later years for Granville County Schools where he retired from.as a custodian. He has also been employed with The Alcohol Center in Butner, North Carolina, Murdoch Developmental Center in Butner, North Carolina and the City of Durham to name a few. He was faithful in them all.

He was a faithful Minister in Belton Creek Missionary Baptist Church until his health declined. He held several positions before becoming a Minister.

He is loved and will dearly missed by his loving wife Virginia Holloway Green of the home; one daughter, Alicia Green of Oxford, North Carolina; 2 sons, William Green (Debra)and Christopher Green; grandchildren, Terrance Hester, Natasha Hester, Terry Green, Alyrica Cooper, Tyriek Green and Alex Terry; great grandchildren, Imani Hester, Tyquon Hester, and Essence Spain; great grand, Milani Scarlett and several cousins and close relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by grandchildren, Tyrone Hester and Tyijah Hester and one sister Sarah Fields.
