Mr. Roddy Peace of 7533 Sam Young Road in Oxford, passed Monday, September 27, 2021 at his residence. He is the son of Gertrude Gregory and the late Richard Rosevelt Peace.

He joined Big AME Zion Church at an early later changing his membership to Greater Faith Ministries where he was very active until his health declined. Roddy attended Granville County School. His love for cars determined his career as a mechanic. Roddy could fix anything he put his hands on.

Roddy leaves so many memories to be cherished by his daughter Jada Shari Peace of Oxford, North Carolina; his mother Gertrude Peace of Oxford, North Carolina; two sisters, Caffie Peace Wilkerson (Tommie) and Sherry Peace Wilkerson both of Oxford, North Carolina; two brothers, Rickey Peace of Oxford, North Carolina and Steve Peace of Raleigh, North Carolina; one granddaughter, Xena Yari Hunt of Oxford, North Carolina; four very devoted friends, Lakisha Glover, Sandra Thomas, Hilman Cooper and Albert Walker and a host of other relatives and friends.
