Twinkle, twinkle little star, how I wonder where you are. Up above the world so high. Like a diamond in the sky. Our diamond Zahyr Cassim Allen was born on July 13, 2024 at Duke Regional Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina and after all the hugs and kisses, he took flight to join the diamonds in the sky. That will flicker each time we look up.

Zahyr has so many people left with a void. He leaves his mom and dad, Cortisha and Ryan; five siblings, Kamajae, Jadarian, Anaisha, Amari and Armani; his maternal grandparents, Cassandra and Garrick; his paternal grandparents, Darlene and Terry; and many other close relatives and friends, too many to name but they love me too.
