Ms Annie Ruth Johnson Terry, of 528 Grant Street, passed on January 10, 2026 at Louisburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Louisburg, North Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Ruby Lee Christmas Johnson on October 1, 1942.

She is survived by five sons, Tony Johnson, James Sylvester Terry, Roy Lee Terry, Willie Mc'Arthur Terry (Magnolia) and Darrell Terry (Joi) all of Henderson, North Carolina; one daughter, Deitra Terry (Felecia) of Warrenton, North Carolina; two brothers, Roosevelt Johnson of Henderson, North Carolina and Oscar Johnson of new Jersey; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several other close relatives and friends.
